Come, Worship with Us! 

Please join us for worship every Sunday morning at 9:00 a.m. This service is traditional in style with a friendly atmosphere and excellent, straight-from-the-Bible preaching. Newcomers regularly comment on how clear and to-the-point Pastor Raabe's sermons are. Long-time members agree.  Listen to a sermon, or, better yet, worship with us soon! 

NOTE: The 5:00 p.m. Relaxed Worship time has returned for your convenience and continues through late fall. Plan to join us or bring a friend!

Stop in for Dialog with the Pastor and We'll View it at 10:15 a.m. Each Sunday in Fellowship Hall 

That's right, we'll view and discuss each portion of The Bible starting Sunday, April 14, at 10:15 a.m. As questions arise, we'll go right to the source -- The Bible for answers. Led by Pastor Raabe, it's a comfortable setting where questions and answers flow freely. As always, coffee and treats will be served.

Here at Beautiful Savior

Kops Park moms, now that the nicer weather is here, we're ready for outside activities. Play clothes are again recommended. We'll start out at our 3205 N. 85th Street meeting spot for a craft painting project. Then, let's head up to Kops Park for a nature scavenger hunt with our little ones.

Led by neighbor Jess Jones, you'll have opportunities to exchange information and resources that will help local families through better parenting ideas. As always, your little ones are invited along for the fun and ideas. If you have questions, call (414) 871-6744. See you there!

VBS Kingdom Chronicles July 22-26 at Beautiful Savior Milwaukee!

The countdown begins! Knights and maidens, pre-school through 5th grade are invited to join the fun with crafts, games, Bible stories, skits, prizes, songs and much more. Our annual Vacation Bible School has grown in popularity, so register early.

From 5:30-8:00 p.m. join us for a family-style supper (parents and siblings are invited), followed by a nightly skit, crafts, Bible story, games and fun, Monday through Friday. And it's all FREE, just like God's grace, given for all!

Yes, First Friday is Here for You Year-round!

First Friday, our monthly kid-friendly event, is a huge hit for BSLC and Kops neighborhood families. For just $2 per child (out of diapers), parents are given a night off from 5:00-9:00 p.m., knowing that your little ones will start off with a simple supper and an evening of just plain kid fun. In recent First Friday events, church and neighborhood kids enjoyed the chance to play with friends in a safe, relaxed environment. Activities include (but are not limited to) a game night, ping pong, foosball, junior basketball buckets, air hockey, crafts or even a scavenger hunt or movie. Why, a few months back, the kids and volunteers were blessed to see a double rainbow (a gift from God) while outside on the church lawns!

Since First Friday is gaining in popularity (we average 20-something happy kids), we've split the kids into smaller age and activity groups. The kids love hanging out with their friends and neighbors. There’s even a quiet spot for readers who want to curl up with a good book, and we have some on hand for all ages. Take a moment to check out our photos in the photo tour -- updated monthly -- to measure our feedback in satisfied kid smiles. We sincerely enjoy bringing our community families together. That's why we're here for you every month of the year!

The next First Friday parents’ night off at Beautiful Savior is Friday, June 7, 2013 from 5:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. sharp. Pre-registration is strongly recommended so we can plan for meals! To register, use our online form or call (414) 871-6744 to register by phone.

Milwaukee Police Department, Kops Park Neighbors Exchange Ideas

The August 14th Kops Park Neighborhood Safety Meeting provided a great opportunity for neighbors and police officers to share information that will help maintain the high safety expectations we hold in our community. Contact information has been provided, and with that, minutes of the meeting were circulated to neighbors surrounding Kops Park, as well as by email on our friends list. If you'd like a copy of the minutes from this important meething, please contact us.

First Friday

First Friday is now a regular neighborhood event, held on the first Friday of every month. The good word is out and that word is spelled F-U-N!
